The Athletic Association would not be able to offer sports opportunities without the dedicated people who give their time to our programs. We have over 50 Program Volunteers and over 250 Coaches, yet we still need more!

Here is a brief description of the Co-Director of Soccer duties:
This position is a 2 year term as the Co-Director of Soccer, followed by a 2 year term as the Soccer Director
This position receives free sports for all children, and meets the annual work duty requirement.

Here is a brief description of the Director, Soccer Referees duties:
This position will be working alongside the current Director in managing all aspects of the golf program. Duties include monitoring registration and assigning players to teams per the guidelines of the WCYC golf program, and ensuring each team has a Team Leader or Coach. This position may be asked to attend the annual WCYC golf program directors meeting in December. Once the season is underway, the Co-Director will communicate with Team Leaders and Coaches to give direction in the event of weather cancellations.
This position is a 2 year term as the Co-Director of Golf, followed by a 2 year term as the Golf Director

This position is responsible for recruiting, training, schedule coordination (Ref Center or similar technology), table ref management, game card management and payroll for all basketball referees. This position recruits and trains new referees for the Training League, and ensures retention and recruiting and WC CYC Training for Trophy League Refs. The Assistant Director ensures a table ref is present every day of play, monitors game day activities, confirms that refs are scheduled for each game, collects game cards for payroll (coordinated with the Parish Office) and then forwards to the Basketball Coordinator responsible for recording game scores.
This position receives free basketball for all children, and meets the annual work duty requirement.
