Team Sideline Registration

Lacrosse Clinics

Learn Lacrosse Clinics (Grades 2-6)

  • Boys & Girls 2nd - 6th grades
  • Focus on introducing the fundamentals of lacrosse with a clinic style program
  • Sunday Afternoons 1-2pm
  • March 27 - May 15, 2022 (no clinics on Easter Sunday)
  • clinics held at Ascension parish field
  • includes jersey

Fees

  • Clinics $80/player

NOTE: It is not recommended to register for both the clinics & the CYC league, as there will be multiple conflicts.

Equipment Required (parent responsibility)

  • Stick only

CYC Lacrosse League

CYC League (Grades 5-8)

  • Boys 5th/6th & Boys 7th/8th
  • Girls 5th/6th & Girls 7th/8th
  • Season runs March through June
  • Practices start Mar 20, 2022, Games start April 2, 2022
  • 8 Game season (some games may be double headers)
  • One practice during the week at Ascension parish field
  • US Lacrosse Membership recommended ($30/player)

Fees

  • CYC League $140/player

Equipment Required (parent responsibility)

  • GIRLS: stick, goggles, mouth guard (approx $125/player)
  • BOYS: stick, goggles, mouth guard, helmet, pads (approx $225)

* used equipment may be an alternative option

Equipment Packages can be purchased through Ultimate Lacrosse Girls Start Set Boys Starter Set

* Ascension provides 1 set of goal equipment for each team

Volunteer Information

Parent Participation - We Need Your Help!

All parents are encouraged to volunteer in a Sports Program as a Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager, practice/game helper, or party organizer. If your team already has a Head Coach, please ask him/her what you can do to help the team. Or contact the appropriate Coordinator for details on how to help. Parent Participation allows us to continue to provide sports programs!

Each volunteer must fulfill their Archdiocese obligation by being compliant with the guidelines listed below. Non-compliance means we cannot accept volunteers that we greatly appreciate and need to make our Ascension programs successful.
